Frequently Asked Questions
    What time are your services?

        WYLIE CAMPUS: Online & in-person Sundays at 9:30am & 11am

    Where do you meet?
    Where is your “church?”

The "church" is not a building. The "church" is the people who have committed themselves to Christ and a local family of believers. It really doesn't matter where we meet, but why we meet. We have a building. But, that is only one place we meet. We also meet in homes, businesses, and on street corners throughout the week. The church is wherever we as followers of Jesus gather to honor Him.

How can I become a part of New Hope?

We encourage you to connect with a life group so you can build relationships.

What is your style of worship?

Our Sunday morning service is very upbeat and contemporary including high energy music, video, and messages that are biblically-based and relevant to real life.

Frequently Asked Questions
    Why do you exist?

Our vision is to love God, create community, and engage the world.

What Denomination are you affiliated with?

We are an inter-denominational church relationally connected through a network called Growth Dynamics International.

Is New Hope a charismatic church?

It depends on your definition of "charismatic." We believe in all the gifts of the Spirit and that the Holy Spirit is living and active in our lives both to draw men to God and to give us power for living the Christian life.

What is your church government structure?

We are elder-led. The lead pastor and elders determine the direction of our church through prayer and the counsel of the congregation. At New Hope we don’t vote. It is our experience that voting causes division rather than unity. We find no biblical basis for voting.
